STOK Group indgår aftale om køb af KD Emballage A/S

STOK Group har indgået aftale om køb af KD Emballage med overtagelse forventet inden udgangen af april 2026. Aftalen markerer et fælles skridt mod at styrke grundlaget for KD Emballages fortsatte udvikling og samtidig understøtte STOK Groups ambition om at opbygge en af Skandinaviens førende emballageplatforme.

KD Emballage har gennem en årrække opbygget en stærk position i emballagebranchen med fokus på høj service, fleksible løsninger og et effektivt logistisk setup. Det er disse kendetegn, som også fremover vil være udgangspunktet for virksomhedens samarbejde med kunder og partnere, men nu på en endnu stærkere platform af emballageløsninger og kompetencer.

“Vi har i flere år fulgt STOK Groups udvikling og deres målrettede arbejde med vækst og opbygning af stærke kompetencer i emballagebranchen. Aftalen giver KD Emballage et solidt og langsigtet fundament – samtidig med at vi fastholder vores måde at arbejde på og den tætte relation til kunderne,” siger Max Dalsgaard, CEO og ejer af KD Emballage.

STOK Group har siden 2024 med ejerne A&M Capital Europe gennemført en række opkøb i Danmark og Skandinavien. I STOK Group ser man KD Emballage som en stærk og veldrevet aktør med en tydelig position og en stærk kundeløsning i mellemsegmentet i det danske marked. Virksomheden glæder sig til at bygge videre på adressen i Herning.

Ejerne bag KD Emballage fortsætter samtidig som medejere i STOK Group, hvilket bidrager til kontinuitet og et fælles langsigtet fokus. KD Emballage vil fortsat have base på adressen i Herning, som også fremover vil blive udviklet som en stærk midtjysk arbejdsplads med lokal forankring.

Aftalen har ingen praktisk betydning for KD Emballages kunder. Samarbejdet fortsætter som hidtil med samme selskab, samme serviceniveau og samme fokus på kvalitet og leveringssikkerhed.

STOK Group Enters into Agreement to Acquire KD Emballage A/S

STOK Group has entered into an agreement to acquire KD Emballage, with completion expected before the end of April 2026. The agreement marks a joint step toward strengthening the foundation for KD Emballage’s continued development while supporting STOK Group’s ambition to build one of Scandinavia’s leading packaging platforms.

Over several years, KD Emballage has established a strong position in the packaging industry, with a focus on high service levels, flexible solutions, and an efficient logistics setup. These characteristics will continue to form the basis of the company’s collaboration with customers and partners, now supported by an even stronger platform of packaging solutions and expertise.

“We have followed STOK Group’s development for several years and their focused efforts on growth and building strong capabilities within the packaging industry. The agreement provides KD Emballage with a solid, long-term foundation – while allowing us to maintain our way of working and our close relationships with customers,” says Max Dalsgaard, CEO and owner of KD Emballage.

Since 2024, STOK Group, together with its owners A&M Capital Europe, has completed a number of acquisitions in Denmark and Scandinavia. Within STOK Group, KD Emballage is seen as a strong and well-managed company with a clear market position and a strong customer offering in the mid-market segment of the Danish market. The company looks forward to continuing to build on its presence in Herning.

The owners of KD Emballage will also continue as co-owners of STOK Group, contributing to continuity and a shared long-term focus. KD Emballage will remain based in Herning, which will continue to be developed as a strong workplace in Central Jutland with local roots.

The agreement has no practical impact on KD Emballage’s customers. Cooperation will continue as before, with the same company, the same level of service, and the same focus on quality and delivery reliability.
